Cyber Security Analyst

Location: Bangalore / Coimbatore / Pune / HyderabadExperience: 3–5 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Administer and manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint configurations across the organization.Support and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies using Microsoft Purview or similar tools.Collaborate with security teams to monitor and investigate incidents using Microsoft Sentinel , Splunk , or other SIEM tools.Implement and support security configurations including Conditional Access , Azure AD , MFA , and Group Policies .Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and compliance tasks.Serve as an escalation point for L2/L3 support, ensuring rapid resolution of complex endpoint issues.Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and Security teams to drive endpoint compliance and policy enforcement.Required Qualifications:3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management.Experience supporting and enforcing DLP policies .Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel , Splunk , or similar SIEM platforms.Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory , MFA , Conditional Access , and Group Policy .Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system tasks.Demonstrated experience in a Level 2/3 technical support role with strong troubleshooting skills.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate (SC Highly Preferred)Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)ITIL Foundation CertificationCompTIA Security+ or other security-related certifications
