Role Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Fertilizers and Pesticides R&D-Chemist to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct analytical testing, operating laboratory equipment, and performing calibration procedures and ensure compliance procedures related to fertilizers and pesticides.
Qualifications
. Master’s degree in Chemistry or Agrochemicals.
• Proven experience in the formulation and development of fertilizers and/or pesticides.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCO,Insecticides Act,EPA, USDA).
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment and safety protocols.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and formulate new fertilizers and pesticides.
• Conduct laboratory tests and field experiments to enhance product efficiency.
• Analyze chemical compositions and properties of raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for regulatory submissions.
• Monitor trends in agricultural chemistry and provide innovation insights.
