TCS present an excellent opportunity for Service now developersJob Location: ChennaiExperience required : 4- 10 yrsInterview date: 15-Nov-25 (Saturday)Skills: Servicenow developersWalk in Interview Location : Chennai, Tata Consultancy Services, , Sholinganallur, OLD Mahabalipuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu Key Responsibilities- Lead the overall technical roadmap and architecture for Service Now implementations, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with IT and business strategies.- Develop comprehensive architecture design specifications and documentation, including technical and system diagrams.- Provide expert technical leadership and guidance on leading practices, platform capabilities, and design principles.- Lead, mentor, and guide development and administrative teams through the project lifecycle.- Design and implement strategic architecture across Service Now modules, including ITSM, FSM, CSM, and ITOM.- Define and document technical architecture for integrations, data flows, and API integrations with other systems.- Provide technical leadership for the entire platform lifecycle, including customization, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.- Drive improvements in operational efficiency through high-quality Service Now implementations and workflows.Required Skills & Qualifications- Deep hands-on experience with core Service Now functionalities and administration.- Strong expertise in ITSM, FSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.- Experience in defining technical architecture, technical roadmaps, and data flows.- Proficiency with integrations, including REST APIs and Integration Hub orchestrations.- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum for project delivery.- Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Certifications Preferred: Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL v3/v4 certification.
