As a Marketing Communications Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our marketing communications strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective communication campaigns that resonate with our target audience and support our overall business objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness.- Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to, social media, email marketing, blogs, press releases, and website.- Manage and maintain our company's online presence, including website content updates, social media profiles, and online listings.- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and digital graphics.- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners for potential collaborations and PR opportunities.- Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and webinars to promote our brand and products.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.- Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing communication efforts and present findings to management.Qualifications:- Proven 7+ years of experience in marketing communications or a related role.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong project management and organizational skills.- Proficiency in marketing tools and software.- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and content.- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.About Brickred Systems:Brickred Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process service companies.
