About the Industry:
This role is with a company specializing in advanced optoelectronic products and security solutions, including Night Vision Devices, Thermal Vision Devices, Day Optics, Electrical Power Fences, PTZ Cameras, and precision-engineered Mechanical Mounts. These products cater to diverse sectors requiring high-performance, innovative, and reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead effectively to drive performance, oversee planning, and manage resources efficiently.
Develop and execute strategies for business generation and expansion in the national market.
Analyze current product demand and forecast future requirements for the next 2-3 years.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations on products and solutions to clients as needed.
Participate in technical bid openings and discussions to tailor solutions for client requirements.
Manage acknowledgment and acceptance of supply orders, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
Implement and oversee delivery plans to ensure successful project completion in alignment with customer expectations.
Collaborate with the Project Operations Team for timely collection of receivables and resolve reconciliation issues periodically.
Utilize ERP software like SAP Business One to streamline operations (experience in ERP systems is an advantage).
Job Specifications:
Strong ability to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with customers and partners.
Proven track record of managing and executing large-value business deals end-to-end.
Prior experience in industries such as optoelectronics, electronic security, IT hardware, or office automation is preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively for business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in Business, Electronics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP platforms.
