Position: Partner Success ManagerLocation: RemoteExperience: 3+ Years (preferably from Payments / FinTech industry)Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities- Manage and support the end-to-end onboarding process for partner merchants.- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Compliance, Tech, Channel Partners) to ensure smooth activation of partner accounts.- Provide administrative and operational support to the Channel Partner team.- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, dashboards, and partner records.- Track onboarding progress, follow up on pending items, and ensure SLAs are met.- Support routine communications and updates with partner merchants.- Assist in resolving partner queries and escalating issues where required.- Contribute to partner engagement initiatives to improve partner satisfaction and efficiency.Required Skills & Experience- Around 3 years of experience, ideally in payments, fintech, banking, or merchant onboarding roles.- Strong administrative, coordination, and documentation skills.- Good understanding of partner onboarding workflows or merchant lifecycle (preferred).- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently in a remote environment.- Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
