Operations Assistants

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Administrative Assistant for our Falta office. Provide comprehensive administrative support to Almatis India, ensuring smooth business operations across office facilities, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and other business-related services. Manage day-to-day office administration, including scheduling, coordination of meetings, and front-desk communication. Handle data management and reporting tasks to support business decisions and compliance requirements. Coordinate with vendors and oversee facility management to maintain operational excellence. Ensure compliance with company policies and liaise with relevant authorities as needed. Graduate from any government/reputed institute. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred. ~5-8 years of experience in administrative role at plant and corporate level preferably in midsized manufacturing company. ~ Computer proficiency. ~ Good communication skill in English.
