Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and ensure robust planning, reporting, compliance, and profitability tracking. This role is crucial to support Bhoomi's growth, enhance financial discipline, and guide strategic decision-making across product lines and markets.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Lead annual and monthly budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Prepare periodic management reports, MIS dashboards, and variance analysis.
Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings (GST, TDS, income tax, ROC compliance).
Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.
Collaborate with leadership, operations, and supply chain teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
Monitor working capital, cash flow, vendor/customer credit cycles, and funding requirements.
Drive process improvements and implement financial systems that scale with the business.
Track cost centers including crop budgets, labour expenses, logistics, and R&D investments.
Semi CA/CMA/MBA/M.com.
~2-4 years of finance experience, preferably in FMCG, agribusiness, or start-ups.
~ Strong expertise in taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and controls.
~ Excellent Excel, ERP, and financial modelling skills.
