Network Engineer

The Network Engineer supports the IT infrastructure team by monitoring network systems, performing first-line troubleshooting, and assisting with network equipment maintenance and small deployments. This role provides an opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic network operations environment. Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and escalate issues as needed. Perform first-line network troubleshooting and resolve basic connectivity problems. Assist in small-scale network deployments and configuration tasks. Assist with Fortinet firewall configurations and basic security monitoring. Support Infoblox DDI operations including DNS, DHCP, and IPAM tasks. Document network changes and maintain accurate records for compliance and knowledge sharing. Work under supervision to monitor and maintain network infrastructure. Diagnose and resolve basic network issues across multiple technologies. Support multiple network platforms including Aruba, Fortinet, and Infoblox. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Aruba Certified (ACSA/ACSP), Fortinet NSE (Level 4+), Infoblox Certified Network Professional. Understanding of Networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model and TCP/IP Cisco CCNA certified (or equivalent network administration) MS Office 365 and ServiceNow ITIL qualification Experience Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering. Experience participating in infrastructure projects and small-scale deployments. Background in maintaining network equipment, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
