Work on global projects from India, contributing to state-of-the-art Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, and industrial automation initiatives across industries like commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, and pharmaceuticals.What You’ll Do:Lead end-to-end engineering of global BMS projects from India Engineering Center.Review MEP drawings, identify HVAC equipment, dampers, and sensors.Generate RFIs, initial review sheets, and prepare Bill of Materials.Design BMS network architecture, select sensors, control valves, actuators, and controllers.Program supervisory and DDC level controllers; prepare test plans and simulate systems.Ensure timely and quality delivery of hardware/software packages; handle first-level escalations.Maintain process adherence and compliance with country-specific standards.Skills & Expertise Required:BE/ME in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (Chilled Water, Cooling Towers, AHUs, FCUs, VAV, Hot Water systems).Hands-on experience in BMS architecture, Operator Workstations, Supervisory Controllers, DDC controllers, Sensors & Actuators.Familiarity with network protocols: BACNet, LON, Modbus, OPC, etc.Proficient in wiring, field devices, safety interlocks, and panels.Experience in engineering, installation, and commissioning of HVAC/BMS systems.Industrial Automation (PLC programming/SCADA) experience is a plus.Strong problem-solving, quick learning ability, and effective communication skills.Leadership mindset with ability to guide and mentor teams.Why Join:Competitive salary and benefits.Exposure to global projects and advanced building automation technologies.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Opportunities for cross-training, upskilling, and professional growth.Preferred:2–8 years of experience in Building Automation, BMS Design, or Industrial Automation.
