The Occupational Therapy will evaluate and provide therapy to individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. They will develop personalized care plans, assist patients with speech or swallowing difficulties, and monitor progress to achieve targeted goals. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and maintaining up-to-date documentation of treatment plans are essential aspects of the role.QualificationsProficiency in Occupational Therapy and treatmentExperience addressing Communication Disorders and Language DisordersStrong understanding of speech and language development processesExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsRelevant certification or licensure in Occupational therapyBachelor/Master’s degree in Occupational or a related field
