We are a customer-focused and research-driven deep-tech startup headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland. We are disrupting conventional energy operations and asset management by bringing AI-driven asset management workflow automation. We enable solar/clean energy companies with automated system performance analysis and decision-intelligence capabilities for smoother asset management and higher profitability. We are hiring a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to build end-to-end product features—intuitive frontends, reliable APIs, and data-intensive backends. You’ll ship production code, collaborate closely with product/design/data teams, and help us scale our platform used by global clean-energy operators. Strong with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React (hooks), plus Node.js (Express). # Experience with one or more: React.Js , Next.js, Redux/Zustand, TanStack Query. # Data-viz (e.g., Backend fundamentals: Databases: solid SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB and Redis); Excellent knowledge of Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins) and cloud (AWS/Azure). # Testing in practice: Must have written unit/integration/e2e tests. Jest/Playwright/Cypress (or similar), and comfort with API & e2e test automation. # Proven experience of developing scalable, responsive, and highly intuitive UIs and dashboards for time-series analytics, insights visualization, reporting functionalities, and other user workflows. Demonstrate excellent front-end capabilities. # 3+ years of proven experience in developing production grade full-stack applications using the MERN stack. Experience with microservices, event-driven patterns, and observability (OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/Grafana). # Domain exposure to energy/IoT, ML/LLM integration, or geospatial/meteorological datasets. Design and develop full-stack features from spec to production (UI, API, data models, tests, and observability). # Design and implement secure, and scalable services and REST/GraphQL APIs and maintain their documentation. # Model and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL/time-series) for performance and cost. # Maintain CI/CD pipelines, basic infra configs, and deployment hygiene (feature flags, rollbacks, metrics) # Write unit/integration/e2e tests; contribute to code reviews, documentation, and engineering standards. # Compensation & Benefits # Opportunity to implement and master AI/LLM/algorithms-based data-intensive advanced analytics/AI platforms. # Opportunity to learn and master big-data technologies. # Opportunity to work in a conducive environment that challenges your limits and helps you in improving your capacities # Ample opportunities to learn and grow professionally.
