We’re looking for a high-performing Strategy & Operations Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join our GTM Strategy & Operations team. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, marketing, and operations , working with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and the Executive Team to drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution. Drive high-priority strategic projects across GTM functions from planning through execution, collaborating closely with CXOs and functional heads. Ensure high-quality communication, coordination, and accountability across stakeholders. Data Analytics & Decision Support Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making. Lead reporting automation, dashboarding, and strategic analysis using tools like Looker and Salesforce. Support business reviews, board decks, and investor updates with robust data narratives. Partner with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance, pipeline generation, and ROI reporting.
