About the RoleWe’re hiring a TypeScript and React expert to build high-performance desktop applications using ElectronJS. This is a hands-on development role that requires a strong grasp of full-stack technologies and experience working with APIs, databases, and modern UI frameworks.If you’re passionate about building scalable desktop apps, love clean TypeScript, and can thrive in an agile startup environment — we want to meet you.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy ElectronJS desktop applications using TypeScript and React- Build and maintain backend APIs using Node.js and Express- Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for data persistence- Implement responsive UIs using Tailwind CSS- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure smooth MCP (Model Context Protocol) communication- Use AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to optimize coding, testing, and documentation- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver robust, production-ready applicationsRequired Skills- Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, ElectronJS, Node.js, Express, and Tailwind- Solid understanding of database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)- Excellent knowledge of API integration and MCP- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools- Strong debugging and performance optimization skillsGood-to-Have Skills- Experience building VOIP/SIP dialer or real-time communication applications- Background in real-time event-driven systems or telephony integrationsWhat We Offer- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI Voice and desktop automation projects- Collaborative, hands-on work culture with exposure to the latest tech stacks- Competitive compensation and growth potentialWork Mode: Onsite (Kharadi, Pune)Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (EST Shift)CTC mentioned here is in INR
