As part of the Talent Acquisition team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for managing hiring for particular business. Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve experience, influence talent outcome and generate results. Preparation of recruitment dashboards Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Keeping Candidate warm with various engagement till they join and ensure best candidate experience throughout the process. Lead, coach and develop peers and team members across talent acquisition. MBA (HR) from reputed institute.
