Location : NoidaMode : Work from OfficeJoining: Early joiners preferredWe’re building next-generation digital products transforming how energy and utilities operate — from smart-meter data to grid analytics dashboards.We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Engineer with a strong foundation in building high-performance, scalable backend systems . The ideal candidate should be hands-on with modern distributed architectures and capable of owning services end-to-end from design to deployment.Key Responsibilities :Design, build, and optimize backend services using Java and microservices architecture .Develop scalable, resilient APIs and distributed systems capable of handling high throughput.Implement event-driven designs using Kafka and ensure reliable messaging flows.Containerize and deploy services using Docker and Kubernetes .Write clean, high-quality, and maintainable code with strong emphasis on unit testing and automated testing frameworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect robust backend components.Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and improve application throughput and latency.Ensure security, fault tolerance, and operational excellence across deployments.Desired Skills & Experience:5–7 years of hands-on experience developing backend systems in Java .Deep understanding of microservices design principles , scalability patterns, and distributed system fundamentals.Strong experience with Docker , Kubernetes , and CI/CD workflows.Hands-on experience with Kafka (producers, consumers, partitions, offsets, schema registry, etc.).Solid understanding of unit testing , including JUnit, Mockito, or similar frameworks.Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and writing efficient code.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.Prior experience building high-volume, mission-critical backend applications.Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).What's in It for you:Opportunity to work on deep-tech, large-scale platforms in the energy-tech domain.A fast-paced, innovation-driven work environment.Collaborative and fast-moving environment focused on product excellence.Competitive compensation based on experience and expertise.Interested?Send your portfolio and resume to or message me directly here on LinkedIn.Let’s design the future of Energy Intelligence together.#DeepTech #ScalableSystems #ProductEngineering #EnterpriseSoftware #JavaDeveloper #BackendEngineer #JavaJobs #Microservices #Kafka #Kubernetes #Docker #BackendDeveloper #HiringNow #TechJobs #JoinOurTeam
