Identify new business opportunities within the region through market analysis and competitor tracking.  
Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to grow the Australian immigration practice.  
Manage the Various Branches sales generation & process  
· Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and client needs to inform strategic planning.  
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management  
· Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate clients, migration agents, education consultants, relocation services and other referral sources.  
· Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Australian immigration pathways (skilled migration, employer sponsorships, business innovation streams, etc.).  
Work cross-functionally with legal, marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and client service delivery.  
Performance & Reporting  
· Set KPIs and regularly report on business development performance, pipeline status and ROI.  
· Skills & Experience Required 
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Migration or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the immigration, legal or
Strong understanding of Australian immigration law and procedures (Registered Migration
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
· Experience working in a multi-cultural and international environment.
 
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
· Existing network within Australian immigration or education sectors.
