Role Description


This is a full-time role for an Architect to be deployed in the Bangalore Branch. The Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with architectural design, concept, and detailed drawings. This role is reporting to the team of the Dubai office.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of designs (concept/schematic).
  • Prepare visual materials for client meetings and presentations.
  • Holistic Design Coordination.
  • Aesthetic and thorough detailing of design.
  • Creation of systematic color and material palates.
  • Creation of detailed working drawings.
  • Creating area statements.
  • Provide creative inputs to enhance basic functional design.
  • Understand the design and approval rules of various authorities
  • Keep on learning skills as per modern practices in the relevant field and update other disciplines organization wide.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 3-5 years of work experience with a keen eye towards detailing and conceptual visualizations.
  • Excellent skills in Architectural Conceptual Design with a keen eye for presentations.
  • Software proficiency in design and architectural software's such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, ArchiCAD.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and remotely.
