business operations in Bangalore, India.
Summary : The Human Resource team at MSI is dedicated to attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. We work collaboratively to meet the staffing needs of various departments and strive to innovate our recruitment strategies. Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews, both telephonic and in-person, to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Independently handle IT/ITES sourcing to offer
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
Coordinate with HR team members to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s or Masters in any related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
