About the Role: We are an ambitious innovative SaaS data platform building AI technology for Channel Data Management (CDM), Insurance and Sports & Media technology solutions. We seek a Lead Software Engineer with full stack expertise to drive the development of scalable, secure, and high-quality products in our Channel Data Management (CDM) vertical. The candidate will lead a skilled engineering team, translating business requirements into innovative AI software solutions that will provide our customers and their channel partners with insights and granularity that would not be possible without a deep understanding of AI infrastructure and operationalizing AI to yield amazing outcomes for our customers.. Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 engineers (2–4 years of experience), fostering technical excellence and teamwork. · Architect, develop, and maintain full stack SaaS applications with a focus on CDM workflows, data integration, and automation. · Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams to deliver features that enhance partner data visibility and accuracy. · Ensure security, performance, and scalability of cloud-native applications in a multi-tenant SaaS environment. · Drive code reviews, best practices, and continuous integration/deployment to maintain code quality. · Influence technical strategy around data ingestion, transformation, APIs, and UI/UX efficiencies. · Proven full stack development experience in SaaS environments. · Frontend frameworks: React, Angular, or Next.js. · Backend: Node.js, Flask, Java, or .NET. · Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). · Experience with data processing pipelines, ETL, or data synchronization technologies is a plus. · Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases relevant to CDM use cases. · Version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. · Experience building or scaling SaaS products in data management, channel management, or related domains. · Knowledge of containerization, orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). · Exposure to data security and compliance standards applicable to SaaS/CDM platforms. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
