We are seeking a Lead – B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to take ownership of our outbound sales pipeline and lead a team of SDRs. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentoring capacity. The Lead SDR will play a key role in driving qualified leads, improving outreach strategies, and ensuring the SDR team meets its targets. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, and passionate about scaling outbound sales.

Design and execute outbound lead generation strategies.

Personally conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage key decision-makers.

Qualify leads through discovery calls and identify their fit for Frontlyne's solution.

Schedule meetings or demos for sales team members.

Lead and mentor a team of SDRs to achieve outreach and lead generation goals.

Review and optimise outreach scripts and email sequences.

Track SDR performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.

Ensure accurate data entry and lead management in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).

Nurture long-term prospects and re-engage cold leads.

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Education Background: Any Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

A data-driven mindset to track performance and optimise strategies.

Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
