Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Consumer, IT/ BPO, Telecom, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Retail, Oil & Gas, FIG, Services.
Preparing financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.
Meeting project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”
Conducting quality control check of the outgoing reports / packs
Engaging client independently on calls and e-mails
Other responsibilities include o Scoping the new projects, structuring deliverables/new research products o Producing high quality informative and visually appealing presentations and deck o Demonstrating strength and experience in client / requester relationship building and management, information / knowledge needs assessment
MBA/ CFA/ CA
~2-8 years of experience in the Investment banking space
~ Experience of working Investment banking projects.
~ Detailed financial analysis with knowledge / experience of working on financial statements, Target identification, Trading and Transaction comp, Benchmarking, Ratio analysis, Pitch book / IM support and company profiles.
~ Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries Bespoke Should be able to work independently, with minimal guidance and support
~ Prior experience in handling clients directly through calls / mails
~ Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point Working knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc
