Job Summary:
The MIS Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the organization's Management Information System (MIS). The role includes generating accurate reports to support decision-making. The specialist will work closely with various departments to ensure that data is collected, analyzed, and reported efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the organization's MIS to ensure it meets the needs of all stakeholders
- Oversee the integration of MIS with other business systems and tools
- Provide training and support to users of the MIS
- Design, generate, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to senior management and relevant departments
- Analyse data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all report
- Work closely with IT, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure the alignment of MIS and reporting with business need
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner
- Identify potential risks related to MIS, reporting and take measures to mitigate them.
Educatiion:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MIS management and reporting
- Expert in advance e
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MIS software and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
