With our inclusive values, we celebrate the unique perspectives and talents each individual brings to the table and foster a dynamic work environment where new ideas thrive.Become part of our winning team and help us create a world that works better.About the roleWe are looking for a Senior Revenue specialist, to join our international Order to Cash team, in organizing and improving IFRS 15 closing process.As a Senior Revenue specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the full revenue lifecycle—from contract review to revenue recognition ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal controls. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, FinOps to support strategic decision-making and financial reportingResponsibilities- Become a Global Process Owner for defined IFRS 15.- Analyse customer contracts to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment under IFRS 15.- Prepare and maintain revenue schedules, including deferrals, accruals, and reclassifications.- Partner with Sales and Legal to assess non-standard terms and their accounting implications.- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations related to revenue and or others.- Assist in the preparation of revenue-related disclosures for external reporting.- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance revenue accuracy and efficiency.- Take full responsibility for accounting areas and improve processes and our internal control system, including drafting/revision of accounting manuals.- Take full responsibility for the monthly closing of individual entities or other group accounting related tasks.- Support and actively participate in accounting related projects.Requirements- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Management, Economics (or equivalent)- Very good understanding of general accounting principles- IFRS 15 knowledge and experience is a must- Professional certification in accounting or finance preferred (ACCA, CPA, CFA)- Hands-on mentality- Positive mindset- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role- Process-driven- Technical experience with accounting software- Personal responsibility, ability to work independently and against timelines, and enjoying changes and innovationsWhat we offer- Office Location is Mumbai.- Hybrid working arrangement- Quarterly team events and company-wide celebrations- Enjoy shared staff lunches, as well as complimentary fruit, tea, and coffee- Opportunity to attend events including the F1 .- Help us celebrate diversity; our APAC team come from 22 different nationalitiesTeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
