Job Opening Summary Role: Full Stack Architect Job Location: Bangalore Years of Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience Mandatory Requirement: Passionate about Privacy & Responsible AI Key Responsibilities: • Architect, design, and maintain scalable software solutions using Python or Go for backend development and React.js for frontend interfaces. • Build and optimize event-driven systems using tools like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SNS/SQS. • Develop and implement RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket services for seamless communication between systems. • Create responsive, user-friendly web applications by collaborating closely with UI/UX designers to achieve high design standards. • Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity for SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) systems. • Enhance application performance with effective caching strategies using Redis or Memcached. • Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms adhering to industry standards. • Manage secrets and ensure robust security using HashiCorp Vault. • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best coding practices to ensure maintainable, high-quality code. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to deliver features on time. • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development and incorporate them to enhance processes and solutions. • Use npm or Yarn for package management and dependency tracking. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Strong proficiency in Python or Go for backend development. • Extensive experience with React.js for frontend development. • Hands-on expertise with event-driven systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SNS/SQS. • Proficient in database optimization and query performance tuning for PostgreSQL and MongoDB. • Experience implementing caching solutions using Redis or Memcached. • Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault for secret management. • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket services. • Additional experience in Express.js or PySpark is a plus. • Experience in managing SSO integrations (Azure SSO), LDAP protocols, and MFA solutions. • 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, software architecture, or similar roles.
