We're Hiring Architecture Draughtswoman

Role: Architecture Draughtswoman
Location: MEARK, Ezhuparayil Group, M L Road, Kottayam, Kerala, India - 686001
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts based on design specifications.
Ensure compliance with National Building Code (NBC) and relevant local building rules like Kerala Municipality Building Rules (KMBR) and Kerala Panchayat Building Rules (KPBR), etc.
Assist in preparing detailed interior drawings, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), elevations, and joinery details.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to incorporate updates and ensure technical feasibility.
Maintain organized records of project documentation and revisions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Architectural Drafting or related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Auto CAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit, Sketch Up, or other drafting software is a plus.
Understanding of NBC, KMBR, and KPBR for preparing compliant designs.
Experience in drafting detailed interior layouts, including furniture plans, RCPs, and millwork drawings.
Familiarity with sustainable and green building practices is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
