5.Key Responsibilities -

  • Gather requirements, analyze, prioritize, clarify to implementors, co-ordinate UAT, sign off and post launch validations for the assigned initiative.
  • Manage partners like business users, product owners, architects, engineers and testers effectively.
  • Respond to and handle complex issues in testing and production.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis.
  • Connect with an international user community and help to embed our culture of continuous improvement.

6.Skills Required -

  • Ability to discover and describe the current state situation, understand strategic business goals, design and articulate future state, perform gap analysis and make recommendations to business leadership that meet goals and requirements.
  • The ability to navigate through complexity and derive simplicity .
  • Passionate about working in agile teams in a multinational environment .
  • Curious and the motivation to learn and advance.
  • Open minded personality with the can-do mindset and a good sense for pragmatism.
  • Ability to lead discussions with our customers and have good spoken and written English communication skills.
