The Vice President of Solutions will lead and drive the strategic development and implementation of innovative industrial automation and digitalization solutions.
This role requires a high-level professional who can balance technical leadership, customer engagement, and business strategy.
The VP of Solutions will oversee the solutions team and ensure alignment with overall company goals to support the organization's growth and competitiveness in the automation and digitalization sector.
Key Responsibilities: Solutions Development and Innovation: Lead the design and development of complex solutions that address client-specific needs in the areas of industrial automation, Io T, AI, and digital transformation.
Team Management and Development: Oversee the solutions department, managing a team of managers, Solutions Architects, and Engineers.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Serve as an executive point of contact for key customers to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
Work closely with the sales team to present solution capabilities, conduct customer workshops, and articulate the company's offerings' value proposition.
Operational Excellence: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for solution delivery, ensuring high-quality implementation within budget and timelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to align on product offerings and marketing strategies.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Communications or Computer Science).
Experience: Minimum of 15- 20 years of experience in the industrial automation or digitalization sector, with at least 10 years in executing various Automation projects.
Skills: In-depth understanding of automation technologies (PLC, SCADA, DCS) Basic knowledge in Io T, AI, and digital transformation in industrial environments.
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed, up to 20%, to meet with customers, attend conferences and collaborate with regional teams.
