We at Coforge are hiring Java Solutions Architect with the following skillset:

  • Proven leadership track record, expertise in the Java, Microservices, GCP based systems.
  • Facilitate collaboration and consensus building between technology teams to define, deliver, and improve technology solutions that solve business problems.
  • Lead the development of the long term technical vision required to meet the business objectives.
  • Define guiding principles to be used as an aid in decision making when creating and delivering solutions.
  • Lead the creation of high level technical designs and integration architectures that are scalable, secure, and supportable.
  • Use an understanding of downstream impacts of change to complex, inter-related systems to avoid unintended consequences associated with software development.
  • Partner with technology leaders of development and delivery teams and other architects to evaluate and continuously improve solution design and development methodologies and tools.
  • Partner with product delivery teams to create development guidelines.
  • Mapping conceptual, logical design to physical design based on business and technical requirements.
  • Produce a solution target architecture definitions that support business goals and requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to team planning, solution definition and engineering.
  • Ability to manage expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
  • Effective problem solving and identifying innovative solutions.
  • Ability to build relationships and leverage cross-functional partnerships within and outside of the organization.
  • Proficient ability to develop estimates, identify tasks, and recommend sequencing pertaining to complex business and technical solution.
  • Ability to understand business goals, objectives and requirements and convert them into solution designs.
  • Takes a pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities.
