You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to craft seamless, pixel-perfect user experiences that power Volopay’s global fintech platform.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js.- Translate complex UI/UX designs and product requirements into clean, reusable, and efficient code.- Optimize performance, responsiveness, and scalability across browsers and devices.- Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, product, and design teams for smooth integration and delivery.- Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and best practices.- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and usability issues.- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and suggest practical adoption.Required Skills & Qualifications- 2–5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong command of React.js.- Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.- Solid grasp of frontend architecture, state management, and component lifecycle in React.- Familiarity with REST APIs, frontend build tools, and Git.- Strong attention to detail, debugging, and performance optimization skills.- Good understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards.- React Native experience is a plus.Bonus Points- Prior experience in a SaaS or product-based startup.- Passion for clean, maintainable, and scalable code.- Curious mindset keen to explore new tools, libraries, and frameworks.- Ability to take ownership and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.Why Join Us- Work on cutting-edge fintech products used across global markets.- Collaborate with an exceptional engineering and product team.- Freedom to innovate, experiment, and take ownership.- Fast-paced startup culture with strong growth opportunities.Our CultureAt Volopay, you'll thrive among passionate, talented individuals who bring their energy into everything they do.
