Position - BIM Manager
Experience - 10 to 20 yrs
Domain - Food & Beverage industry / FMCG
Job Location - Indore
Roles & Responsibilities -
Lead and manage the entire BIM process across multiple projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to maintain consistency and quality across all projects.
Provide strategic guidance to project teams on BIM integration and utilization to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
Oversee the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of BIM models, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for BIM-driven improvements and efficiencies.
Mentor and guide junior BIM staff, offering technical expertise, training, and support.
Stay current with industry trends, advancements in BIM technology, and software applications to continually enhance the organizations BIM capabilities.
Act as a liaison between project teams and management, providing insights on BIM progress, challenges, and potential solutions.
Conduct regular quality checks on BIM models and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Proficiency in a variety of BIM software applications such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, Bentley MicroStation, BIM 360, etc
Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of successfully delivering BIM-driven projects within budget and schedule.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements
