Product Manager - II At Nykaa we believe that great products are built by small teams that work smart and act fast. We are looking for a Product Manager for our Ads team who excels in fast-paced organizations and handles ambiguity well.Location - Gurgaon - Work from OfficeWhat you will do:Define the Product RoadmapOwn and drive the roadmap for a critical area of our Ads businessDefine clear success metrics and translate strategy into actionable product requirements.Champion the CustomerServe as the voice of the customer across the org. Deeply understand advertiser and user pain points and ensure solutions solve real problems.Be Data-DrivenIndependently analyze data to extract insights that shape prioritization and decision-makingConduct market and competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends.Drive Cross-functional AlignmentPartner closely with stakeholders across business, design, and engineeringLead through influence — communicate clearly and crisply to rally teams around the product vision and make tough trade-offsExecute RelentlesslyWrite specs, conduct user acceptance testing, and drive product launchesEnsure quality and speed by being hands-on at every stage of the product lifecycleWhat You'll Bring3+ years of experience overall, including at least 2 years in product managementStrong analytical skills — must be self-sufficient in diving into data to inform decisionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills — ability to align diverse viewpoints and drive towards outcomesCustomer-obsessed mindset — passionate about solving real problems with measurable impactHands-on execution — comfortable working closely with engineers and designersMBA or Master’s Degree from a top business school or an engineering degree from a top institutionPlus: Prior experience building or scaling Ad Platforms
