Role Description (URGENT)
Architect (B. Arch.) I have about 2 years of experience in healthcare, industrial, and other medium-scale projects. This is a full-time remote job for a BIM Architect at Bim Srv LLP. The BIM Architect will create architectural drawings, building information modelling (BIM), construction drawings, and submittals. They will work on projects from LOD 300 to LOD 500. This will ensure high-quality BIM models and accurate documents.
Qualifications
Architecture and Architectural Drawing skills
Revit Architecture Modelling and Design Documentation Expertise
Building Information Modeling (BIM) expertise
Proficiency in Construction Drawings and Submittals
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
Knowledge of BIM standards and practices
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
