Architect – Client Coordination & QC Department: 3D Visualization / Production Employment Type: Full-Time archVi is a leading PropTech visualization company redefining real estate marketing through immersive 3D walkthroughs, renders, and digital experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented Architect who can act as the bridge between clients and internal visualization teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and design concepts , and be able to QC files , interpret client inputs, and ensure accuracy before project execution. Review and understand project requirements shared by clients (drawings, references, and design details). Clarify technical queries directly with clients or project architects when needed. Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal 3D/Design teams. Drawing Review & Quality Check Review and validate architectural drawings (CAD / PDF / Layouts) received from clients. Conduct QC checks on visualization-ready files to ensure design accuracy and alignment with client requirements. Work closely with 3D modelers, visualization artists, and project managers to convey design intent clearly. Maintain proper documentation of client communication and project updates. Contribute to improving quality control and standardization processes for architectural inputs. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design (B.2–6 years of experience in architectural design, QC, or 3D visualization coordination . ~ Working knowledge of AutoCAD , SketchUp , or Revit (basic visualization understanding is a plus).
