Role Summary


As R&M Manager, you will be solely responsible for the battery inventory of the city. You are expected to create SOPs and implement processes on the various required areas to improve the business efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for managing the Pan-Org Battery inventory of Yulu bikes. You also will be responsible for optimizing the R&M activity for an even better customer experience by increasing availability of well-maintained and usable bikes.
  • Constantly evaluate the field operations, implement the standard operating procedures (SOPs), take corrective actions and strengthen the process of Battery management and keep the SOP updated at all times.
  • Responsible to co-ordinate and monitoring the day-to-day execution and procedures as per the SOP.
  • Help Maintenance Manager- Bangalore to ensure all R&M activities on the field/road and the workshops are performed flawlessly on 24x7x365 basis
  • Create SOPs, review processes, have them implemented on the ground and lead projects where necessary – in harmony with the five Yulu Operating Principles and the priorities.
  • Come up with and encourage out of the box solutions for R&M problems and be abreast with various developments in the latest developments in the EV/R&M domain globally and represent Yulu’s interest as and where necessary.


Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Understanding of the domain, i.e. R&M, operations, logistics, supply chain, mobility. ● Experience in EV is highly preferred.
  • A data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Be a self-starter who thrives in a rapidly growing organization.
  • Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and scope and priorities
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
