We are looking for the best builders, hackers, innovators, entrepreneurs, visionaries & creatives to come design the future together. This isn't a typical job at M0 you will be challenged to bring out the best version of yourself in bringing to life the creative renaissance of Web3. We are seeking driven individuals with a hunger for product ownership and impact and the potential for asymmetrical upside in doing so. If you don't know about Web3 yet - it's all good, you're about to define it.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Work on having full responsibility for Twitter, Telegram as well as Discord community management.

2. Own the high-level content strategy, community plan and growth strategy for on chain protocols.

3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align around strategic objectives.

4. Execute tactical community activity from welcoming new members, generating discussion, acting as facilitator, mediating issues, etc.

5. Help design the necessary experiences to enable us to onboard and retain our audiences and strengthen our communities.

6. Build, update, execute, and optimize community-building strategy and social quests.

7. Take full responsibility for community growth and get new users on board.

8. Create a short, mid-and long-term strategy for user engagement and user incantation.

9. Work as a first contact point for feature and ideation requests from users, making you partly responsible for correct sourcing and prioritization when it comes to new product features.

10. Create real, authentic connections between us and our community members.

11. Bring your strong understanding of the Web3 landscape to partner with the most passionate people in the industry.

 

Skills & requirements: Have experience with content strategy and setting up Discord servers, Telegram groups, Discord bots of different levels of complexity.
