Job description
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman to join our liasioning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting and design, with proficiency in CAD software and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with architects and engineers to create detailed architectural drawings, models, and plans.
Role & responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and designs based on project specifications and guidelines.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to develop design concepts and proposals.
- Revise and modify existing drawings as needed based on feedback and changes in project scope.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Create 3D models and visualizations to assist in project presentations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and drawings in both digital and physical formats.
- Coordinate with other team members, including engineers and construction teams, to ensure design feasibility.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and technologies in the architectural field.
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino).
- Experience with sustainable design practices.
- Familiarity with project management software.
