Role Overview:

We are hiring a Freelance Back-End Developer to build the server-side functionality and content management backbone for the organisation's website. The candidate should be proficient in modern back-end frameworks and CMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the back-end architecture for the website.
  • Integrate with CMS platforms ( WordPress/Headless CMS like Strapi/Sanity ).
  • Build secure APIs to support dynamic content and data integrations.
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of the website.
  • Handle user management, form submissions, and CRM integration.
  • Work with DevOps/hosting team for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of back-end development experience.
  • Expertise in Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or PHP (Laravel) .
  • Experience with CMS (WordPress, Strapi, Sanity, Contentful).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrations with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Familiarity with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Understanding of cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
