Senior full stack engineer

We are looking for a senior engineer who is exceptional on the Frontend (React / Next.js / modern JS) with strong full-stack fundamentals in Node.js. You will be responsible for architecting scalable web applications, building modular front-end systems, integrating APIs, and driving performance and security across the product. This role is perfect for someone who loves modern frontend engineering while still being very comfortable building backend services and automation pipelines. Experience with AI and LLM-based features is a strong plus. Required Experience - 7+ Years Responsibilities Frontend Engineering Lead development of high-performance, mobile-first web applications. Architect reusable components, UI patterns, and design-system friendly architecture. Drive adoption of modern frameworks (React, Next.js, React Query, Tailwind). Implement accessibility, usability, and responsive UI best practices. Ensure frontend code modularity, scalability, performance, and DX quality. Lead code reviews to maintain high code quality and consistency. Backend & APIs Build and maintain Node.js backend services (Express/Nest). Design REST and Graph QL APIs with clean standards and documentation. Work with Postgre SQL and Mongo DB at scale. Implement secure authentication and session flow (OAuth, JWT, SSO, Cookies etc.). An excellent understanding of distributed systems and their tradeoffs. Application Observability & Performance Monitor errors, crashes, and performance across FE and BE. Work with APM tools, Sentry, Datadog, New Relic or similar. Continuously improve performance (Core Web Vitals focus). Identify architectural bottlenecks and propose improvements. AI & LLM Responsibility Integrate AI-powered functionality including search, content, automation, chat and assistants. Work with LLM APIs (Open AI / Anthropic / Azure / Gemini). Build AI features end-to-end using Node.js + Type Script. Experiment with prompting, embeddings, and context modeling. Evaluate AI tools for developers (Cursor, Copilot, Cody etc.) and drive productivity. Explore RAG or semantic search architectures when needed. Dev Ops, CI/CD & Cloud Automate deployments (frontend + backend). Work with AWS + Docker (ECS / Lambda / Cloud Front). Implement secure CI pipelines and zero-downtime deployments. Maintain staging environments and internal tools. Leadership Architect software and break roadmap into executable deliverables. Mentor other engineers through reviews and technical guidance. Collaborate with design, product, business and operations. Communicate trade-offs, risks and alternative architectures. Produce high-quality documentation for internal and external APIs. Required Skills Strong expertise in React / Next.js / Type Script . Excellent Java Script fundamentals. Experience architecting large-scale UI applications. Node.js backend development experience. Graph QL, Apollo or similar. Postgre SQL + Mongo DB. REST API design systems. Web Sockets experience. Familiarity with AWS services. Docker (ECS, Kubernetes optional). Strong security awareness (OWASP, auth flows). CI/CD experience. Strong testing practice. Excellent documentation skills. Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering growth and improving overall team performance. Preferred Hands-on AI or LLM integration in real-world products. AI product experimentation experience (RAG, embeddings, vector DBs). Serverless experience (Cloudflare Workers / Lambda). Knowledge of design systems and component libraries. Open source contributions. SSO / SAML / enterprise auth. Performance optimization experience.
