We’re expanding our design team and looking for both Junior UI/UX Designers and Senior UI/UX Designers who are passionate about crafting seamless digital journeys, pushing creativity, and delivering products that users love.Roles We Are Hiring For:Senior UI/UX Designer (5–7+ years experience)As a Senior Designer, you will lead design strategy, deliver exceptional product experiences, and mentor a design team. You will work on cutting-edge digital products, owning the entire design lifecycle from research to final delivery.Junior UI/UX Designer (0–2 years experience)As a Junior Designer, you will closely collaborate with senior designers, gain hands-on experience in product design, and contribute to UI/UX execution across multiple projects while learning modern UX process fundamentals.What You’ll Do (for Both Roles)- Design intuitive, visually stunning user interfaces for web & mobile products- Conduct user research to understand behaviors, needs & pain points- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes & high-fidelity UI designs- Work with product & engineering teams to align design with business goals- Participate in ideation, usability testing & iterative design improvement- Maintain design documentation & contribute to scalable design systemsSenior UX Designer – Additional Responsibilities- Lead design direction and creative strategy across multiple products- Deliver out-of-the-box concepts for new & existing experiences- Mentor, guide & review work of junior designers- Ensure design consistency, accessibility & brand language across product lines- Drive usability tests & convert insights into product improvementsWhat We’re Looking For-Junior UI/UX Designer:- 0–2 years experience with a strong portfolio or academic projects- Understanding of UX research, prototyping & responsive UI design- Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD or similar tools- Strong visual sense, creativity & willingness to learnSenior UI/UX Designer- 5–7+ years of experience with a strong case-study-based portfolio- Proven experience designing for web & mobile applications- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD + prototyping tools like InVision or similar- Ability to lead design discussions & mentor designers- Excellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skills⭐ Bonus Skills (Good to Have for Both)- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React)- Experience with tools like Zeplin, Proto.io, Principle- Understanding of accessibility & inclusive design principlesWhy Join Unico Connect?✨ Work on high-impact digital productsCollaborative, learning-driven environmentRapid growth opportunities for both junior & senior rolesCreative freedom + space to experiment & innovate
