Lead / Senior Frontend Software Engineer - Flutter

We are seeking talented Flutter Engineers with 3–8 years of experience, ranging from Senior to Lead level, to join our team. You will be responsible for building robust healthcare applications using Flutter with BLoC state management and clean architecture principles. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.
• Implement Flutter Bloc for state management within a clean architecture framework.
• Write comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests to maintain code quality.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to deliver fully integrated healthcare solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a high-quality codebase.
3–8 years of professional experience in Flutter development.
• At least one Flutter application deployed on Play Store or App Store.
• Hands-on experience with unit tests, widget tests, and integration testing.
• Experience working in Agile development using tools like JIRA.
Experience with analytics tools like Amplitude or PostHog.
