About Us:
Avila Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its services to include a dedicated department for overseas education consulting, aimed at guiding students through the process of studying abroad. We’re looking for a visionary and organized individual to lead and develop this new department from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Verticle Development : Establish and oversee the operations of the new Overseas Education Department, including setting up processes and resources to support students.
Student Counseling : Provide guidance to students and their families on programs, admissions requirements, visa processes, and financial planning for studying abroad.
Institution Partnerships : Establish relationships with educational institutions globally to create a network of partner schools and programs.
Marketing & Outreach : Develop marketing strategies to attract students, including organizing seminars, webinars, and workshops.
Documentation Assistance : Assist students with application documents, visa paperwork, and other requirements for a smooth admission process.
Team Management : Recruit, train, and lead a team of counselors and support staff as the department grows.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in student counseling, international education, or a related field.
Knowledge of overseas education processes, visa regulations, and application requirements.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions for department growth.
Familiarity with digital marketing is a plus.
