You will play a key role in developing backend services using Java and Spring Boot ,integrating RESTful APIs , deploying applications on AKS , and ensuring the security andscalability of identity workflows.Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain CIAM integrations and solutions using Ping, ForgeRock,and Transmit platforms.• Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot tosupport identity management workflows.• Implement secure data handling practices using SQL, MongoDB, and DB2 databases.• Integrate and manage LDAP/Directory services such as Oracle Unified Directory (OUD).• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth2, OpenIDConnect (OIDC), and SAML integrations.• Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).• Implement event-driven architectures utilizing Kafka for messaging and communication.• Lead code reviews to maintain code quality and mentor junior developers to supporttheir technical growth.• Collaborate effectively within an Agile team environment using Jira and Confluence fortracking and documentation.• Participate in all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, andretrospectives.• Ensure adherence to security best practices and CIAM principles throughout thedevelopment lifecycle.Required Skills and Experience• CIAM Expertise: Proven deep understanding of CIAM principles, standards, and securitybest practices.• Identity Platforms: Hands-on experience designing solutions and integrating with PingIdentity, ForgeRock, and Transmit.• J ava & Spring Boot: Advanced proficiency in Java programming and Spring Bootframework for backend development.• API Development: Strong experience with RESTful API design and third-party APIintegration.• Databases: Solid experience with SQL , MongoDB , and IBM DB2 for secure data storageand retrieval.• Directory Services: Experience working with LDAP and directory services, especiallyOracle Unified Directory (OUD).• Authentication Protocols: Practical knowledge of SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OIDC, and SAMLprotocols.• Cloud & Containerization: Experience deploying and managing applications in AzureKubernetes Service (AKS).• Event-Driven Architecture: Familiarity with Apache Kafka for distributed messaging andintegration.• Code Quality: Proven ability to lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.• Agile Methodologies: Experience participating in Agile development environments usingtools like Jira and Confluence.• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.Typical Deliverables:• CIAM Integrations: Design, implement, and deploy integrations with CIAM platformssuch as Ping, ForgeRock, and Transmit, enabling secure and scalable identitymanagement workflows.• Backend Services & APIs: Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIsusing Java and Spring Boot to support authentication, authorization, and identity lifecyclemanagement.• Secure Data Layer: Implement secure, performant database interactions and datamodels using SQL, MongoDB, and IBM DB2 in compliance with security best practices.• Directory Services Integration: Configure and maintain LDAP/Directory serviceintegrations, particularly Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) , to support user provisioningand authentication.• Authentication & Authorization Features: Build and support features enabling SSO, MFA,OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML integrations across applications.• Cloud Deployment & Scaling: Deploy, monitor, and scale CIAM services andapplications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) ensuring high availability andresilience.• Event-Driven System Components: Implement Kafka producers and consumers toenable event-driven communication between identity and other systems.• Code Quality & Documentation: Lead and contribute to regular code reviews, ensuringadherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices; produce cleartechnical documentation.• Agile Delivery: Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, demo sessions, andretrospectives; deliver features and bug fixes as defined in Jira tickets with clearacceptance criteria
