Summary : The Manager – Po P Reports is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of Po P (Proof of Play) campaign reporting. This role ensures accurate, validated, and timely delivery of reports while maintaining proper documentation and coordination across departments. The position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective leadership to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities :Oversee daily Po P documentation and ensure timely preparation and delivery of reports.Validate and verify data accuracy before final submission.Maintain comprehensive records and tracking systems for report delivery.Prepare, format, and manage reports using MS Office tools, especially Excel.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth workflow.Prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Lead, mentor, and support the Po P reporting team to ensure efficient and on-time completion of deliverables.Qualifications :Proven experience in managing Po P reports, marketing operations, or similar reporting functions.Strong communication, coordination, and team management abilities.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities effectively.Required Skills :Proven experience in managing Po P reports, marketing operations, or similar reporting functions.Strong communication, coordination, and team management abilities.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities effectively.Preferred Skills :Experience with data visualization tools.Knowledge of marketing analytics.
