You’ll lead animation and motion projects from concept to completion — collaborating with designers, editors, and producers to create visually impactful content for digital, broadcast, and marketing mediaKey Responsibilities Lead the design and animation of high-quality motion graphics , 2D/3D assets, and visual effects.Translate creative briefs into compelling motion sequences that enhance storytelling.Oversee post-production workflows — editing, color grading, sound syncing, and compositing.Mentor junior designers and maintain creative consistency across projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visuals with campaign goals.Manage timelines and ensure projects are delivered with precision and polish.Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and design techniques to innovate continuously.Skills & Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in motion graphics, visual design, or animation.Advanced proficiency in:Adobe After EffectsAdobe Premiere ProAdobe Photoshop & IllustratorStrong sense of animation timing, visual rhythm, and storytelling.Experience in leading creative projects and mentoring junior artists.Excellent understanding of color, typography, and composition.Strong communication and project management skills.Bonus Skills (Preferred):Experience with Cinema 4D , Blender , or 3D animation tools .Familiarity with audio design, lighting effects , or interactive media .Understanding of brand communication and marketing visuals .Why Join Us Work in a dynamic and collaborative studio with creative freedom.Opportunity to lead visually ambitious projects across industries.Exposure to cutting-edge motion design and storytelling challenges.Competitive pay and scope for rapid professional growth.
