Nation with Namo is looking for a Marketing Manager who is able to manage multiple advertising work streams and is dynamic, enthusiastic and keen-eyed enough to go beyond the obvious, draw complex insights and provide actionable to the team and the client.Primary ResponsibilitiesEffective planning, implementation and monitoring of the digital media campaigns in coordination with different stakeholders, with end-to-end ownership of the complete processDeveloping marketing strategies and campaign ideas by understanding brand language, audience preferences and competitive landscapeAnalysing data from ad campaigns and secondary sources to identify trends, insights and opportunities to optimize campaign performanceBuilding and ensuring compliance to systems to ensure smooth execution of digital media campaignsProviding inputs and expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities, starting from media planning to content development and finalizing ad targetingCreating and maintaining relationships with clients, advertising partners, influencers and publishersManaging the team by recruiting, orienting, and training team membersQualities we are looking forOpen-minded, curious, and a strong problem-solverStrong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to generate creative ideas and find opportunities for optimizationStrong written, communication and presentation skillsAbility to interact effectively with all levels of management and clients, and ensure smooth inter-teams’ coordinationDemonstrable success in managing marketing campaignsAbility to conceptualise ad campaignsProficiency in Meta, Google Ads Manager etc. and analytics/marketing tools like Google Analytics, Clever Tap, MO Engage, etc.A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learningEducational Qualifications and Work ExperienceBachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field from a leading Indian/International education institutionRelevant experience of 3+ years gained in either a full-service agency or product/growth/brand management focused roles in a consumer-facing organizationCredible record of operating at a team management level
