About Job

Experience level: 10-16years

Location: Pune and Pune, Hybrid

Essential:

  • Experience in SAP Finance / FICO module with strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling concepts, experience with SAP S/4HANA design, configuration, implementation and development.
  • Expertise in managing delivery of major projects, capable of resource/team management, stakeholder management and driving quality delivery as per agreed KPIs.
  • Experience in SAP designing solutions on various Finance modules such as REFX, FSCM, FICA, Concur, Group Reporting.
  • Expertise in proposal preparation, effort estimation, scope delivery timeline finalisation and in driving the technical discussions with ITPMs.
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strong experience in the IT industry encompassing excelling experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing, SAP with multiple full life cycle implementations, analysis & production support
  • Strong integration Knowledge of FICO with SD and MM business processes, good understanding of end-to-end implementations with dependencies
  • Accomplished SAP Global Tax Consultant with a strong knowledge of European taxation and acute business sense for the application of emerging technologies to add value and expand markets
  • Global experience includes exposure to UK GAAP, IFRS, and European Taxation principles
  • Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, Asset, etc..) and third-party systems as required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with internal and Customer stakeholders

Desired:

  • Strong understanding on SAP Finance business processes.
  • Knowledge on supporting processes like release management and change management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
