The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the International Baccalaureate (IB) system, with proven expertise in curriculum planning, team coordination, and academic excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the coordination team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Curriculum Planning: Ensure the seamless alignment of IB curriculum standards, assessments, and instructional practices.
Academic Monitoring: Oversee student progress, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to support academic success.
Program Development: Innovate and improve academic programs tailored to the IB curriculum, focusing on skill development and student engagement.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between students, parents, and faculty, maintaining clear and professional communication.
