Job Title : Finance Manager
Location : Gurgaon, Haryana

We are looking for a proactive Finance Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving financial efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
Working Capital Management :
Monitor and optimize working capital to ensure the availability of funds for operations.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce the cash conversion cycle.
Analyze and forecast cash flow requirements to support business growth.
Collections & Receivables :
Oversee accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collections and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
Establish strong credit control policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to resolve collection challenges.
Cost Efficiency :
Identify cost-saving opportunities across the organization without compromising quality.
Analyze financial data to recommend cost control measures.
Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Financial Reporting & Analysis :
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
Support budget preparation, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Compliance & Process Improvements :
Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
Streamline financial processes and systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CPA, or MBA in Finance preferred.
3+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in startups or high-growth businesses.
Strong understanding of working capital management, collections, and cost optimization.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
