GoHire Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to learn the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, work directly with US-based clients, and build a strong foundation in IT and non-IT hiring.If you have strong communication skills, a desire to grow in recruitment, and the ability to work in US hours, we’d love to meet you.Key Responsibilities- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking channels.- Screen resumes to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and job fit.- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess communication skills and technical understanding.- Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Assist senior recruiters with daily hiring activities and client requirements.- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a great experience.- Meet daily/weekly sourcing and submission targets as part of the US recruitment team.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in any field (freshers welcome).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work the complete US shift (night shift).- Strong willingness to learn recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.- Basic understanding of MS Office tools (Excel, Word).- Positive attitude, accountability, and commitment to performance targets.
